In 1985 family moved to Moscow. In 1988 Gorodetsky graduated from secondary School No. 1036 with the main focus on physics and mathematics. The same year he passed the entrance exam at Bauman University where he studied computer sciences and computer technology. His formal degree is in electrical engineering.
During his studies he didn’t excel at charitable work but he worked in a summer camp and passed a sports test of the 3rd level with distinction.
Best sporting achievement: placed 2nd in kayaking and canoeing while attending Bauman.

Married Irina Petrova during his third semester at college. In 1992 they split up. Anton tried to save the marriage. Geser, president of the City Lights Company, for organizational and educational purposes.
